ABS combines rigidity, impact strength and easy thermoforming - making it the material of choice for vehicle panels, machine housings and prototyping. We supply textured and smooth ABS in black, white and natural straight from the factory in any sheet size you need.

ABS - frequently asked questions

Yes - ABS forms cleanly at 160–180 °C, making it the go-to material for vacuum-formed panels, equipment housings and prototyping. The textured Haircell finish is particularly popular for caravan and trailer interiors.

Standard ABS yellows and chalks under prolonged UV exposure. For outdoor applications choose ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) or specify a UV-stabilised ABS grade - both ship factory-direct on request.

Natural, black and white are stocked in standard thicknesses. Custom colours and Pantone-matched runs are available with a minimum order - typically 200 sheets per colour for cost-effective factory production.
