PVC Sheets in Australia

The workhorse of industrial plastics.

Rigid and foam PVC is the most cost-effective engineering plastic for chemical-resistant tanks, signage, partitioning and cladding. We import full container loads of expanded PVC (foam board) and rigid grey/white sheet direct from Tier-1 Chinese mills - passing the savings straight to Australian and NZ trade buyers.

FAQs

PVC - frequently asked questions

Foam (expanded) PVC is lightweight, easy to cut and ideal for signage, shop-fitting and POS displays. Rigid PVC is denser and stronger - used for chemical tanks, cleanroom walls and engineering applications. Both are weather-resistant and easy to fabricate with standard tooling.
PVC resists most acids, alkalis, salts and oils at ambient temperatures. It's not recommended for aromatic solvents, ketones or chlorinated solvents - for those applications PTFE or PP is a better fit. Send your chemical list with your quote request and we'll confirm compatibility.
Standard PVC is not certified for direct food contact. If you need a food-grade sheet for processing benches or cutting surfaces, HDPE or PP is the correct material.
